The CARIBE Refugee program is an Adult Education project of Hillsborough County Public Schools that provides English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) instruction, General Educational Development (GED) preparation, and Integrated Education & Training (IET) to recent Cuban, Haitian, and other entrants with legal, documented refugee, asylee, or parolee status.

The CARIBE program is the education provider for Refugee Services in Hillsborough County.
